Their collaboration began in 2017, when Salvatore Leonardo reached out to Jonathon for his distinctive PM1 resin rods — marking the beginning of a bond built on shared craftsmanship and artistry.
Design Inspiration
Ocean Sunrise with elegant gold trim embodies the beauty of a new day breaking over the sea. Deep, serene blues reflect the still ocean, while warm orange and golden tones capture the first rays of sunlight painting the horizon. The result is a mesmerizing composition that radiates warmth, balance, and renewal — a moment of nature’s poetry captured in resin.
Leonardo Officina Italiana was the first pen manufacturer to produce serialized writing instruments using Jonathon Brooks’ materials, recognizing early their expressive potential and emotional resonance within the pen community.
